Concerning The Establishment Of A Future Sunset Review Of The Functions Delegated To The Director Of The Division Of Professions And Occupations Under The "Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act Of 2010" To Implement The Recommendation Of The Department Of Regulatory Agencies As Contained In Its 2015 Sunset Report Pertaining To The Division Of Professions And Occupations.

Sunset Process - House Business Affairs and Labor Committee. In accordance with the recommendation of the department of regulatory agencies contained in its sunset review, the bill establishes a separate, periodic sunset review for the health care professions profile program, established in the "Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010". The initial sunset review will occur in 2020, with a termination date of September 1, 2021, if the program is not extended.
