HB16-1153 - Change Due Date For State Board Of Parole Report

Concerning The Annual Date By Which The General Assembly Receives A Report Regarding Outcomes Of Decisions Made By The State Board Of Parole.

Current law requires the state board of parole and the division of criminal justice in the department of public safety to issue an annual report to the general assembly regarding outcomes of decisions by the state board of parole. The bill changes the annual due date of the report from November 1 to March 31.
