SB15-011 - Pilot Prog Spinal Cord Injury Alternative Medicine

Concerning The Pilot Program For Persons With Spinal Cord Injuries Relating To The Use Of Complementary And Alternative Medicine.

The bill extends the repeal date for the pilot program providing complementary and alternative medicine to certain individuals with spinal cord injuries. The bill specifies that a minimum of 100 eligible persons must be permitted to participate in the pilot program, and vacancies in enrollment may be filled at any point in the fiscal year. In addition, the bill extends the date for the independent evaluation of the pilot program.
