HB15-1023 - Day Treatment Center Age Of Children Served

Concerning The Age Limitation For Persons Served In A Day Treatment Center.

The bill changes the lower and upper age limit for persons served by a day treatment center from at least 5 years of age to at least 3 years of age and from less than 18 years of age to less than 21 years of age, unless the person who is 21 years of age is completing an educational program.
